Some of us came from a not-so-financially-stable family. This makes it hard for them to finish their undergraduate course or even step into tertiary education. Despite of this rarity, they still continued to move on and strive hard to earn for their loved ones. Some resort to being an OFW and most of them are now in the BPO/Call Center Industry. The good thing about being in a BPO/Call Center company is that, they have programs that help their agents/employees financially when they decided to go back to college. Since most of the BPO employees as well are getting 13K base minimum, even without that support, they can easily enroll in State Universities and finance their own education. The real major dilemma is not really the finances since as what I’ve said earlier, most Call Centers offer great pay and education assistance to their employees.
